Where we deliver

• Mainland Great Britain from 322 Ladypool Rd, Sparkbrook, Birmingham B12 8JY, United Kingdom.
• Scottish Highlands, islands, Northern Ireland and some remote postcodes may need a custom freight quote.
• International delivery is not offered as standard.

Delivery methods

• Sofas, beds and large furniture: specialist two-person or pallet carrier.
• Smaller items: standard courier.
• Dates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.

Charges and times

• Delivery cost is shown at checkout. Prices are in GBP.
• Order handling: typically 1–2 working days after payment (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).
• In-stock furniture: often 3–10 working days after dispatch.

On delivery day

• Provide safe access. Check doorways, stairs and lifts before ordering large items.
• Someone 18+ should be present to receive the goods.
• Inspect packaging before the driver leaves and note any damage.
